The housewives discovered a recipe for pumpkin, potato and cheese dumplings

No one else you will surprise with meat or mushroom dumplings, but few people ate them. Pumpkin, potato and cheese dumplings can be a perfect dinner or a great lunch. If you prepare such darunas, you will repeat them every autumn year after year.

To prepare, take the ingredients:

    < li>500 g of pumpkin
  • 250 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour
  • 20 g of fresh dill
  • 4 tbsp. l. of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Sour cream – for serving

To begin with, you need to wash and peel a sweet, ripe pumpkin.

Grate the pulp on a medium grater.

The potato should also be peeled and grated, no need to pour out the juice.

Transfer the potatoes to the pumpkin, add grated cheese, chopped greens , salt and pepper. Then add the flour.

Mix well the dough for the dumplings, fry until golden and serve with sour cream.
