Cooks advise cooking buckwheat as follows: rinse the groats, throw them in a colander to drain the water, then pour the groats into a dry frying pan and dry well.
Now you need to pour the buckwheat into a saucepan, pour cold water 1:2, bring to a boil, add salt to taste, and then reduce the heat so that the groats simmer.
After 5-7 minutes, add a piece of butter and 1 tablespoon of turmeric to the saucepan.
Then you need to cover the saucepan tightly with a lid, let it simmer for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, wrap the saucepan with a towel and wait until the groats are ready on their own. It turns out tastier than usual!
