  • cream cheese – 150 g;
  • sesame – 10 g;
  • soy sauce.

How to cook

The rice must be boiled. Add rice vinegar and chopped nori leaves to it. Mix the mass so that everything is well distributed. Now you need to cut the cucumber and fish. Add to the rice.

Creamy pasty cheese should also be introduced into the rice mass. Now you can form balls. When ready, sprinkle or roll in sesame seeds. To complete the effect, pour teriyaki sauce on top. And you can dip it in soy sauce, and then taste it.
