A gastroenterologist expressed his professional opinion and dispelled the main myth about instant noodles. According to the doctor, this product does not always harm the person who consumes it.

Instant noodles contain many substances of unnatural origin. In the production of this product, various chemical compounds are often used that can disrupt human health, and people who already have impaired stomach function should especially carefully read the composition on the package.

However, specialist Nuria Dianova does not consider its periodic consumption dangerous. If the buyer does not have health problems, is not registered in the gastroenterology department, and also maintains good physical shape, he can afford this food several times a month.

At the same time, the nutritionist notes that there is no benefit to be expected from such products either. They contain low-quality carbohydrates and no proteins, which is why the energy value is high, but the nutritional value is not. The most dangerous element is E322. It leads to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys.
