Who among us would not want to delay youth and preserve health as long as possible? This is possible if you follow the golden rules of healthy longevity.
Diverse nutrition. This is the key to a youthful body and mind. Eat a variety of foods. Choose vegetables and fruits of different colors. Add some fish and poultry to your diet. Don't forget about olive oil, whole grains and seafood.
Sleep well. Sleep at least 8-9 hours every night. This guarantees the rest of the whole body, and the brain will be attentive even to small things. Healthy sleep will also prevent many diseases.

Sociability. You will not be able to live a long life alone. Get to know more people, communicate more often. This will be an excellent training for the mind and will prevent age-related diseases.
