A resident of the English city of Leigh, Albert Fredrick Cambre celebrated his 103rd birthday and revealed the secret of longevity. According to him, you need to keep your brain active and always find something interesting to do.
“My secret is to keep my brain active, I've always done that. You need to find something interesting for yourself. I had a good life: I worked a lot, but I had fun even harder,” the man claims.
As a youth, Albert joined the army, during the Second World War he was an instructor, served in Nigeria at 14- m battalion of the Royal West African Regiment. He has two children, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
