The Ministry of Health experts announced a dangerous daily dose of dairy product consumption. The latter have a number of health benefits, but only if you do not exceed the recommended norm.

According to the Ministry of Health expert, the optimal amount of dairy products that adults should consume on average is 200 grams per day.

“After consuming 400 grams, the effect ceases to be positive,” the expert noted.

The specialist stated that nature itself intended dairy products to be primarily food for infants, as they contain many nutrients needed for the development of the child’s body. The expert advises adults to consume milk and products based on it only in moderation. The presence of a small amount of dairy products on the menu is associated with a noticeable decrease in mortality from all causes.

The Ministry of Health expert believes that fermented products such as yogurts, kefir, cheese, etc. are more useful than milk. The specialist emphasized that not all people have genes that ensure good lactose digestion.
