The most budget-friendly and fastest spring salad of cucumber and eggs
The most budget-friendly, the easiest in a hurry! Cucumber, egg and corn salad contains a minimum of ingredients, but it turns out tasty and filling. You can dress the salad with both mayonnaise and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
- Canned corn – 200 grams
- Mayonnaise – 2 table. spoons
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
Boil the eggs and cool them in advance .
Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut off the tips. Be sure to taste the cucumbers to see if they are bitter – such fruits will spoil the whole dish with their taste. Cut them into small pieces.
Cut the peeled eggs into pieces the same size as the cucumber.
Put the corn in a sieve and let it sit for a while to drain all the liquid. Place sliced cucumbers, eggs and corn in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper the salad to taste.
Add mayonnaise, mix. Instead of mayonnaise, you can take sour cream.
Serve the salad immediately, as the cucumbers will release juice after standing.
