vitamin C. Vitamin C is very rich in sea buckthorn, rose hips, black currants, parsley, broccoli, paprika.

vitamin e. It is an important antioxidant that protects cells from free radicals and stimulates fat metabolism. The best sources of this nutrient – nuts, wheat germs, sunflower oil, cod liver. Good zinc suppliers are seafood, nuts, lentils, cheese, green tea. The trace element is also found in red meat. But meat as rejuvenating food experts advise to eat in moderation.

carotene. An effective radical absorbent that supports skin functions and reduces the effect on the body of ultraviolet radiation. Researchers from the clinical complex “Sharyite” in Berlin have found that thanks to beta-carotene, the skin became better protected from wrinkles. This substance is a lot in yellow, orange and dark green vegetables such as carrots, pumpkin, apricots, dill, spinach and many others.

phytoestrogens. Vegetable hormones, which are mainly found in soy products, as well as in flax seeds, red clover and whole grains. Phytoestrogens protect against senile conditions such as osteoporosis, cardiac and vascular diseases, and probably reduce the risk of breast cancer. In addition, researchers suggest that plant hormones can have a positive effect on menopause symptoms such as depression, tides and sleep disorders.

lycopene. The level of concentration of this substance in the skin was noticeably less wrinkles. Scientists believe that this is due to the antioxidant action of lycopene. Its disruption makes the skin prone to the harmful effects of the environment.

water. is required for skin elasticity. Experts from the German Nutrition Company recommend to consume at least 1.5 liters of water and tea without sugar daily.
