The need to update data in the TCC and fines: important information for conscript women

Conscripted women who do not have a valid military registration document, or who receive it for the first time, should undergo a military medical examination.
On May 18, 2024, a new law on mobilization entered into force in Ukraine, which brought significant changes to the process of military registration and mobilization. In particular, conscripted women will also be fined if they do not update their data within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the mobilization law. The amount of the fine is from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias. This was stated by the head of the Kremenchug district TCC, Myroslav Volkov.
“They can also be fined for violating the rules of military registration, if they do not update their registration data in a timely manner. Women of certain specialties, mostly doctors, aged 18 to 60 must register for the military and receive a military registration document,” emphasized Volkov.
The representative of the TCC emphasized that currently in Ukraine women are mobilized only when they expressed their desire.
“During the period of mandatory verification of registration data, which lasts until July 16, those conscripts who have the right to deferment of conscription, age over 55 years old, reserved and women who have a valid military registration document,” says Volkov.
He added that women conscripts who do not have a valid military registration document or are receiving it for the first time , you should pass a military medical board.
