From the point of view of proper nutrition, a nutritionist the nutritionist advises to replace pleasures with fruits “in moderate quantities”. It is better to consume them before 5 p.m., approximately two hours after a meal.
The specialist added that alternatives to sweets can also be honey (if there is no allergy to it), dried fruits, bitter chocolate, protein bars, candies made from dried fruits and bitter chocolate.
“It can also be sugar substitutes, but it is better to use natural erythritol or stevia. Jerusalem artichoke, agave or chicory syrups,” said the nutritionist.
