As for greens that do not grow in a personal garden, simply washing them under running water is not enough. The whole point is that it could be treated with chemicals for rapid growth.
To get rid of their negative impact on the body, you should soak greens in a container with water and add 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide there. Salts of heavy metals and pesticides will be precisely neutralized.
It is important not just to wash vegetables and fruits, but to clean them with a special brush, using special means for processing. Nuts, beans and seeds should also be processed in a special way – it is enough to soak them for 3 hours. In this way, it will be possible to destroy phytic acid, which holds phosphorus. This trace element removes zinc, calcium and magnesium from the body, which are responsible for its normal functioning.
Products are washed not only from dirt, but also from mold. They contain toxins and can provoke the development of cancer if you use them often.
