The nutritionist explained the reason for overeating during stress

The nutritionist advised to adhere to the sleep schedule and sleep at least eight hours. It is also important to eat healthy food at least three to four times a day, drink enough water, take daily walks, do sports regularly, and avoid alcohol.

In addition, to combat stress, the doctor recommends studying and applying practices relaxation, find a hobby, communicate with friends and like-minded people. If you cannot cope with the problem on your own, you should consult a psychologist.
