“Protein is the main building material for the body, including hair. Hair consists of almost 80 percent of keratin, a protein built from amino acids. And essential amino acids, in turn, enter the body with food,” the nutritionist wrote on her Instagram.
To normalize hair growth, she recommends eating red fish, turkey, eggs, nuts, legumes (for example, lentils ), greens, cereals, fruits and vegetable oils.
