It is possible to improve the performance and condition of the liver , if you use a well-known product – sour milk cheese – every day. This was told by a nutritionist.
As the specialist explained, with an unhealthy lifestyle, fat begins to accumulate in liver cells. Methionine, an amino acid found in cheese, helps reduce its amount.
“I would say that methionine helps reduce the amount of fat in the liver. In scientific language, we can say that sour milk cheese improves the metabolism of liver cells,” the doctor clarified.
According to her, on average, it is recommended to take at least 50 grams of cheese per day. This amount of product is ideal for breakfast, the nutritionist clarified. As for lunch and dinner, you can eat 100 g of the product at these meals.
