The nutritionist named the five most useful products, among which he singled out protein food vital to the body. Poles named fish as the best sources of protein: specifically, herring, mackerel, grayling. The doctor did not count salmon and trout as useful – such fish are grown artificially and often contain antibiotics and additives that stimulate their growth.

The nutritionist emphasized the importance of eating a variety of berries – these products are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, fiber and significantly strengthen the immune system. In addition, among the most useful nuts he named: walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds. Their combination of protein and fats is the most optimal for the body.

Vegetables and greens are also very important for health. However, the nutritionist specified that individual characteristics should be taken into account when selecting healthy food products. He gave the example of buckwheat porridge, which can be a product of daily consumption – provided that the body allows it.

“For someone, porridge can envelop everything inside and improve digestion. In someone, it can cause serious health problems due to intolerance to this product or a genetic lack of the enzyme necessary to break down the same gluten,” the expert warned.
