The ready-made cereals that are so hard to impose on us in advertising are actually not healthy products at all . They contain a large amount of simple carbohydrates, which lead to gaining excess weight and are harmful to health.
It is not a good idea to start the day with processed meat products such as sausages and sausages, as well as white bread, says Lidia Ionova, a nutritionist. The regular use of sausages, anchovies and bacon should be generally limited, as they provoke the development of cancer.
“This list also includes instant cereals, that is, refined products that have undergone processing. In addition, industrial juices and carbonated water should be avoided,” Ionova said in an interview with the National Academy of Sciences. White bread is also not useful, it is better to replace it with cereal.
“People should also give up semolina and couscous, because, in fact, they are the same processed carbohydrates,” explains the expert in nutrition.
An alternative to all these unhealthy products can be found in the form of buckwheat groats, brown rice or bulgur. And instead of a sandwich with sausage, it is better to prepare dishes from baked poultry or fish.
The most useful breakfast, according to a nutritionist, is an omelet. Especially if you add vegetables to it.
