In an interview, the specialist named the most useful combinations of products with sour milk cheese. One of the examples is its use together with greens.
“Cheese with greens is a product with greater nutritional value, because chlorophyll, folic acid greens and new vitamins are also added,” the nutritionist explained.
She also called the combination of cheese and berries one of the most useful for the body. The “classic” combination – sour milk cheese with sour cream – is also very useful: the main thing is not to add sugar.
“Cheese, used together with sour cream, improves the assimilation of fat-soluble vitamins and calcium,” the expert noted.

The nutritionist recommends citizens over 50 years of age to consume 100-150 grams of cheese every day. The doctor clarified that it is more useful to eat it for breakfast, because the product has the ability to retain water – eaten in the evening, it can provoke morning swelling.
