The nutritionist called plain water the most useful drink. It is able to dissolve part of the toxins produced by the human body. “We have to remove salts. Sweat, urine, tears and so on – all fluids in our body have some amount of salts. We take them out, we must get water, everything must be according to the norm,” explained the expert.
Green tea
The second, similar in properties to water the drink is weakly brewed green tea. It also benefits a person. But strong tea and coffee have a diuretic effect. Therefore, the higher the dose of these drinks per day, the more water you need to drink to compensate for fluid loss, the nutritionist said.
Cocoa
Actually, cocoa is very useful product, but there are a number of conditions. You need to cook it yourself, with milk, cocoa powder and a limited amount of sugar. The specialist emphasized that instant cocoa is not beneficial and contains a very high amount of carbohydrates.
