In his interview, the British expert in weight loss and proper nutrition told what really helps quickly lose weight and remove the belly. Primarily, says Mosley, this helps by avoiding “fast” carbohydrates, that is, foods and drinks that contain a lot of added sugar. In particular, if the sugar content in a product or drink exceeds 5 percent, it should not be consumed.
