A plastic cheese with a creamy taste that tastes like a spread on croutons. making it at home is as easy as pie! Try it, because everyone can do it. If you add various spices and additional ingredients (mushrooms, ham, herbs), you will get a piquant dish.
Details
To make “Yantar” processed cheese, take:
1 kg of soft cheese (9% sour milk or homemade)
200 g of butter at room temperature
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
spices to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a blender for 5-7 minutes until smooth. It is ideal if there are no cheese grains at all.
Send the bowl to a water bath, stirring constantly, melt the cheese. It is important not to overdo it, up to 10 minutes is enough. If you melt it longer, the mass will be less plastic and it will be difficult to spread on croutons.
This cheese keeps well for a week in a glass jar or food tray.
