400 g flour
7 g dry yeast or 20 fresh
60 g of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
100 g of butter
150 g of milk
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt

150 g of poppy seeds
150 g of milk
100 g of sugar
1 kg of plums or other fruits
< p>Preparation:
Sift the flour, melt the butter. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and add to flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and salt. Knead the dough, adding butter in small portions. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Put for 1 hour so that it fits. The dough will double in volume.
Meanwhile, prepare the poppy seed filling. Boil poppy seeds in milk with sugar and beat with a blender. We need 150 g of milk. When the dough is ready, start shaping the cake
When the dough is ready, roll out the dough thinly, cut it into 3 parts and put the poppy filling in each. Twist the rolls and place them in a form with a snail. And put plums between the rolls.
Put the cake to rise for 20 minutes, brush it with beaten egg yolk and milk and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, to bake for 30 minutes. The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Delicious!
