The recipe for lazy khachapuri is tasty and filling: a breakfast option in 10 minutes

A simple and quick recipe for khachapuri, which can be prepared for breakfast when time is very short.

All the ingredients are usually in the refrigerator, so the dish is prepared from available products and in only 10 minutes.

Products:

  • flour and milk – 1 cup each (200 gr.);
  • chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • < li>cheese (the best option is suluguni) – 250-300 g;

  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • butter.

Do not regret the cheese, the more it is, the tastier!  And also, if someone lacks spiciness or piquancy, add garlic to the dough, herbs, greens or paprika, the taste can be adjusted a little!

Step-by-step cooking

< p>1. Eggs are poured into a bowl, beaten and salted. Then pour milk and thoroughly beat the ingredients.

2. Then flour is added, and everything is mixed again. Then a turn of cheese, which is rubbed on a grater and gradually poured in, stirring the mixture.

3. The frying pan is placed on the stove, greased with oil and heated on the fire. Half of the mass is poured into the pan and leveled with a spoon.

4. Fry on both sides under the lid over low heat until golden brown.

5. Next, the second half of the mass is fried in a similar way.

6. Lubricate hot khachapuri with butter and serve with vegetables or sauce. Delicious!

Such a simple recipe saves the morning when there is little time, but you need to prepare a tasty and hearty breakfast.
