500 g low-fat sour milk cheese
100 g sugar
2 eggs
20 g of starch
vanilla or vanilla sugar

100 g of dark chocolate
30 g of cream
50 g of butter

Bake the pumpkin, sprinkled with spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves). Beat with a blender.

Mix the cheese with sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla sugar and beat everything with a blender. After that, add starch and raisins. Mix thoroughly.

Mix pumpkin puree with egg and sugar. Add starch and mix again until smooth. Put part of the cheese mass in a form covered with parchment, and then part of the pumpkin and so on in layers until you put everything. At the end, you can mix everything with a spoon.
Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for an hour. After that, the casserole should cool down well. For the glaze, you need to melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add cream and butter there. Cover the casserole with the glaze and let it cool, then taste. Delicious!
