Preparation:

After that, squeeze the juice from three lemons, the zest of which was grated into the dough. Pour a third of the juice into the dough and mix thoroughly. Put the dough in a form greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake for 1 hour. Check readiness with a skewer.
