Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
1 onion
1 egg
salt to taste
pepper

Filling:
300-400 g of minced meat
onion
garlic clove
1-2 tbsp. l. water
salt to taste
pepper

Preparation:
Grate the potatoes and onion on a grater for dumplings. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Add the grated onion, squeezed garlic, water, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Stir and form small flat cutlets from the minced meat.
In a frying pan preheated with oil, place two spoons of the potato mixture, and on top – a cutlet of minced meat and cover with grated potatoes. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Delicious!
