3 cups (250 ml each) of flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 cup boiling water
Preparation:
Pour the flour, make a well in it, add salt, egg and oil. After that, you can pour in the boiling water and knead the dough. Cover it with cling film and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
While the dough is resting, you can make the minced meat or filling. After that, the dough is ready and you can work with it. Roll out the dough and make your favorite dumplings, vareniki or chebureks from it. Enjoy!
