The recipe for the simplest homemade cookies

Home baked goods are rarely tasteless. But there are recipes that make you stand at the stove for half a day, and there are those that take only half an hour. When you want something tasty for tea or just for a snack for the children, bake these easy-to-prepare cookies
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2 pcs.< /li>
- Sugar – 4 tbsp. l.
Flour – 200 g - Corn starch – 150 g
- Any fat (butter, margarine, oil, lard) – 2 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla sugar – 1 p.
- Sour cream (kefir, sour milk) – 100 ml
- Soda – ½ tsp
< li>Salt – fine
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla with a fork. Add sour cream, soda quenched with vinegar and fat. Gradually pour in the flour and starch.
The dough is soft, elastic, and rolls well. Use molds to squeeze out your favorite figures, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Pierce them several times with a fork and put them in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Half an hour – and you have delicious cookies on your table!
