The “secret” ingredient that will make cheesecakes “tender” and delicious

Many people like to start the day with simple but delicious dishes: omelet, porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes. Thanks to the secret ingredient, cheesecakes turn out to be tender, appetizing and very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • cheese – 500 g;
  • sugar – 50 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp. l;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • rice flour – 30 g.

Preparation

The secret is that instead of wheat flour, chefs use rice flour. All ingredients are mixed until smooth, cheesecakes are formed and sent to a heated frying pan with butter.

Fry the cheesecakes on each side for 3 minutes. Lovers of a more baked cheese dish cover the pan with a lid while frying.

There are hundreds of cheesecake recipes, so supporters of a certain version of the dish consider it the most correct. Cheesecakes are served with coffee or tea, with jam or condensed milk, honey or sour cream.
