Juicy meatballs with classic sour cream and tomato sauce are a delicious dish that goes well with various side dishes and salads.
They are quite easy to prepare. The main thing is to follow the recipe and remember to keep the proportions of all the ingredients.
Ingredients
For 800 grams of minced meat, it is advisable to prepare 20 grams of rice and onion, and you also need to take 150 grams of carrots, 1 egg and spices.
You also need to prepare the sauce:
- tomato paste, 2 tbsp. l;
- sour cream, 3 tbsp. l.;
- salt, 1 tsp. l.;
- water, 500 ml;
- vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. l.
How to cook meatballs
Rice should be poured with boiling water.
As for vegetables, the onion should be cut into small pieces and the carrots should be chopped.
As soon as the cereal has cooled, it should be mixed with minced meat and vegetables. An egg, salt and pepper are also added to the mass.
The dough should be mixed until smooth.
After the meatballs are formed and fried until golden brown. Then they should be transferred to a baking dish.
While the dish is in the pan, you can start making the sauce, which should be poured over the meatballs. To do this, you just need to mix sour cream, pasta, water, salt and pepper, as well as oil.
Once the meat treat is covered with sauce, it should be sent to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
