Cutlets are a common dish for dinner. The cooking program follows the beaten path: minced meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs. The taste is expected and tastes really good, but sometimes you want a change. Interpretations with different ingredients will help you get a new culinary experience. Try to cook the proposed recipe.
Products for cooking
For delicious meatballs you will need the following ingredients:
- 0, 5 kg of minced pork;
- 1 pc. hot pepper;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- 100 g bacon;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- spices (paprika, black pepper, salt);

Cooking process
The peculiarity of this recipe is to chop the ingredients with a knife, but not with a blender or meat grinder. Only minced meat is ground. So, we mix chopped products into it: cheese, bacon, hot pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika. The container must be covered with film and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Mold the cutlets. They should be medium in thickness and size, not thick. Fry the cutlets in a well-heated pan with olive oil. For frying, 5 minutes on both sides is enough.
For greater culinary extravagance, fry the cutlets not in a regular pan, but with a surface in the format of a grill. You need to cook without a lid. Delicious meatballs are ready. Delicious!
