First, you should carefully stew the cabbage in a separate container over low heat.

About 10 minutes before it is ready, you need to prepare a special sauce, thanks to which the stewed cabbage will turn out to be richer, tastier and more satisfying.

First, you need to heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and carefully fry a tablespoon of flour. Try to cook so that there are no lumps.

Then add the previously fried onion, tomato paste, a small amount of vinegar, salt, spices. After the sauce has become homogeneous, it can be added to the stewed cabbage. The taste of the dish will noticeably improve.
