  • 1 head of garlic

Preparation

Cut the eggplants and boil for 10 minutes. After that, cut them into cubes. It is not necessary to clean.

For the marinade:

  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
