We found the easiest recipe for apple pie, which you will collect in 10 minutes! You definitely haven't eaten simpler and tastier
September 12 is the Day of Charlotte and Autumn Pies, because the amount of harvest and the weather leave no other choice. Cozy baking starts with apples, and there is absolutely nothing simpler than charlottes.
Hot dough, soft baked pieces of apples, the aroma of which can be enhanced with cinnamon and vanilla if desired, no tea party is complete without such pie.
Ingredients:
- apples – 4 pcs.
- flour – 160 grams
- butter – 70 grams< /li>
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 180 grams
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- whipped cream for serving (optional)
Method of preparation:
- Cut the apples into 1.5 cm cubes or quarters.
- In the bowl of a blender, beat soft butter (room temperature), sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Introduce the eggs one at a time beat until homogeneity and mass increase in volume.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix, then add apples to the dough. Mix.
- Transfer into a greased form, sprinkle cinnamon on top and send to an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake until dry, about 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it stand in the form for 15 minutes. If desired, serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
