Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- young zucchini – 1 kg;
- sugar-sand – 1 tbsp;
- salt – 1 tbsp;
- oil – 3 tbsp;
- vinegar 9% — 2 tablespoons;
- garlic — 3-4 cloves;
- black pepper – ¼ teaspoon;
- dill – 1 bunch.
How to cook
Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes. If you don't like the skin or it's tough, cut it off. There is not a lot of dill, so take a large bunch. Cut the dill, and pass the garlic through a press. Add salt, vinegar and oil.
Mix all the prepared components and leave to marinate for 1.5 hours. While they stand aside, prepare the jars. They must be sterilized. Zucchini will give juice. Together with it, put it in jars along with the filling.
Jars with zucchini must be sterilized. Then cover and cool. And in winter you can taste it. Delicious!
