Ingredients:
1 cabbage weighing up to 2 kg
1 medium beet
garlic and hot pepper to taste
For the marinade:
1 cup of water
1 cup of vinegar 9%
1 a glass of sugar
1 glass of oil
2 tbsp. l. salt
6-8 peas of black pepper
Preparation:
Cut the cabbage into cubes. Beets – slices and cut into 4 parts. Cook the marinade. Layer the cabbage with beets in a dish and pour the marinade on top. Cover with a plate and put the wick.
Put it to stand overnight in the kitchen at room temperature. After that, put it in a jar and put it in the refrigerator for storage. Serve with potatoes or other side dishes. Delicious!
