The symptoms of premature aging are named

Emergence of chronic pain, decrease in muscle mass are named by doctors among the symptoms indicating premature aging of the human body.

Family physician Tom Mitchell and nutritionist Lisa Richards said in an interview that it may indicate premature aging. Such symptoms of early aging, according to experts, can be pain in the body, swelling, inflammatory phenomena.

“If you have inflammation, fluid retention, poor sleep, and chronic pain, you're probably aging faster than you should,” noted nutritionist Lisa Richards.

The expert emphasized that these symptoms, in the absence of medical treatment problems are usually provoked by an unhealthy, unbalanced diet – an excess of fat and “fast” carbohydrates.

“Choose foods rich in antioxidants, whole grains and healthy fats – this improves the functioning of the intestines and improves health at the cellular level,” experts recommended .

Another symptom of rapid aging is weakening, loss of muscle mass. Muscle loss can be triggered by hormonal processes, as well as the natural decline in muscle cell production that occurs with age. But bad eating habits and lack of exercise also affect muscle atrophy. In turn, “regular physical exercises, sufficient protein intake can help slow down this process”.

In addition, aging manifests itself in a change in the condition of the skin – it becomes thinner, loses elasticity, and the number of wrinkles on its surface increases , pigment spots, peeling areas. Lack of regular care, insufficient water consumption, abuse of carbohydrates, neglect of sun protection products, smoking aggravate dermatological aging, doctors warned.

Weakened bones, deteriorated hair condition (thinning, loss) are also signals of that a person is getting old. In addition, undergoing aging processes, people begin to experience insomnia more and more often. These phenomena are largely influenced by the variable production of hormones.
