The Turkish doctor named the products to fill zinc deficiency in the body

Turkish doctor Halit Erebakan gave recommendations on restoring zinc deficiency in the body naturally. For this, it is enough to include some products in the diet.

Zinc helps the functioning of a number of systems in the body, its lack negatively affects well-being. At the same time, the body does not accumulate this mineral, so it must regularly come from the outside. The norm for women is 8 mg of zinc, for men – 11 mg.

Many vital elements are found in red meat. In particular, 100 grams of minced beef contains more than 40% of the daily norm. Excessive consumption of such meat increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and oncology, so it is better to combine it with a diet of fruits, vegetables and fiber.

A lot of zinc is also in oysters, the daily dose is contained in just a few of these molluscs. Among legumes, lentils, chickpeas and beans are the leaders in terms of element content. Vegans especially need to insist on the latter, since the mineral is absorbed worse from plant food than from animal products.

You can also add pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds to your daily menu. Just 30 grams of nuts every day is enough to provide 15% of the daily zinc requirement. It is optimal to make a choice in favor of hazelnuts, peanuts and almonds.

There is also enough zinc in cheese, milk and eggs, which are also rich in many other nutrients. You can lean on whole grains, including wheat and rice. 100 grams of dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% will help cover up to 30% of the daily zinc requirement.
