The warmth of autumn: Zaluzhny touched a romantic photo with his wife

The former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and now the ambassador to Great Britain, Valery Zaluzhnyi, shared with his followers a new photo with his wife Olena.

“Autumn warmth. Everyone has their own,” he captioned the photo with his significant other.

In the photo, the couple poses in casual outfits. Note that the couple looks very happy and peaceful.

What is Zaluzhnyi doing now?

Let us remind you that Valery Zaluzhnyi was the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from July 27, 2021 to February 8, 2024.

During his leadership, the Armed Forces took an active part in the war and successfully repelled the attacks of the Russian occupiers.

Zaluzhny has the rank of general and is a Hero of Ukraine. He was also included in the list of the 100 most influential people in 2022 according to Time magazine.

Since May of this year, he has held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

What is known about Zaluzhny's wife

There is not much information about Elena in open sources.

It is known that she worked as a financier at Ukrgasbank. The couple has been together for over 20 years. They have two daughters from previous marriages – Khrystyna and Arina, but there are no children together.

The younger daughter Khrystyna graduated from Odesa Medical University because she dreamed of becoming a doctor.

The older one continues her father’s business – she is military.
