Eggs. There are no specific studies that show that eggs lead to negative health consequences. Yes, if you constantly eat fried eggs or eggs seasoned with mayonnaise, it will be harmful, but with boiled eggs it's a completely different story.
Vegetable oil. We are talking about rapeseed oil. And it is really a worthy replacement for other fats. Although, of course, it is better to use it in moderation.
Sweets. In this case, we are talking about dark chocolate. It can provide the body with many nutrients.
Potatoes. If you don't take into account the fatty French fries, then as part of a balanced diet, this product is very good.
