A 32-year-old native of the Volyn region destroyed the reception hall of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. Details and footage from the scene of the events on October 8 were shared by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

At the end of September, a man entered the waiting room and suddenly started behaving aggressively. He hit windows with a chair, overturned office furniture and equipment, shouted obscene words.

Frightened employees and visitors barely had time to run outside, where the police were called. It turned out that the hooligan was passing through Kyiv. He was not registered with a psychiatrist or narcologist, he did not serve in the army, he did not work officially anywhere.

“He explained his aggression by life troubles, they say, for a long time he could not meet a decent woman and start a family , and, in his opinion, state institutions did not want to help him in this matter,” the prosecutor's office reported.

Now the Ukrainian will be tried in Kyiv for hooliganism. He faces a fine of 17,000 to 34,000 hryvnias, probation supervision for up to three years, or restriction of freedom for the same three years.
