McDonald's employee revealed to users an unexpected secret about the Drive Thru service. This is written by The Mirror, Focus reports.
A girl named Kenya Humphreys published a video on her TikTok in which she said that McDonald's employees can hear what customers who are in cars are talking about. What's more, video cameras take photos, and therefore customers can even be seen.
According to Humphreys, many customers insult McDonald's employees or tease them, thinking no one will find out. Kenya herself, who has been working at McDonald's for 4 years, has been ridiculed hundreds of times. Especially when she asked customers if they wanted to order anything else.
“I know it's annoying to say 'yes, anything else,' but I just want to make sure,” she said.
As the girl said, she sees and hears if a customer makes fun of her in his car. Kenya noted that the photos taken by the camera are deleted from the system when the customer picks up the order.
Many users wrote that they had no idea about this. Some even decided to apologize to McDonald's employees for badmouthing them while ordering food from the drive-thru.
