Starting in August, Ukrainians will continue to be served with summonses, and this will be done not only at home, but also in public places. It is important to know that not only TCC employees have the authority to serve such documents, but also other categories of citizens.
Who has the right to serve summonses?
< p>According to the new law on mobilization, subpoenas can be served by:
- Representatives of the TCC, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service (depending on the record of the conscript).
- Heads of training institutions (if there is an order of the TCC).
- Managers of apartment buildings and condominiums.
- Representatives of local self-government bodies (village, settlement councils, city executive committees).
- Employers (managers of enterprises where conscripts work).

Where can subpoenas be served?
Places of service of subpoenas are not limited to personal address or place of work. Here's where else you can get a summons:
- Mailboxes at the place of registration (from July 18).
- Parks and other public places.
- Food establishments and entertainment.
- Blockposts.
What is important to know about the subpoena?
The subpoena must contain the following information :
- Name of conscript.
- Address of registration or actual place of residence.
- Number of summons.
- Number and date order of the TCC on the need to appear.
- Date, time and address of the appearance at the TCC.
- Name and signature of the head of the TCC.
- Date of issuance of the summons and seal.
