Ingredients
The following products are required for cooking:
- ground paprika – 5 g;
- salad onion – 450 g;
- water – 250 ml;
- flour – 40 g;
- butter – 60 g;
- nutmeg walnut – 4 g;
- sour cream – 140 ml;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Onions should be cleaned and rinsed with cold water. Cut it and fry it in oil until transparent. At this stage, you need to add flour and spices. Mix thoroughly, add salt and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour sour cream and water into the pan. Stir and continue to simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Gravy is ready. Pour over the cutlets and serve. Delicious!
