It has been scientifically proven that the highest levels of catechins are found in white and green tea.

During the study, scientists conducted an experiment involving 104 Chinese residents. The volunteers were aged between 20 and 65. Some of the participants drank a control drink for 12 weeks, while others drank a drink with caffeine and catechins.

As a result, it turned out that those who drank drinks with catechins and caffeine were able to significantly reduce the amount of visceral fat, as well as their overall weight.
