Three ingredients to make the cutlets juicy
Cutlets are an ancient dish, and there are as many recipes as there are housewives. But everyone appreciates softness and juiciness. If tenderness mainly depends on the grade and quality of meat, then juicy cutlets can be prepared by introducing three ingredients to them.

The first is milk, in which you soak white bread. It should be taken enough to soak the bread, and when you stir it, the consistency of the mixture should be like thick sour cream. Do not worry that the cutlets will not stick to the pile. Beat eggs into the bread and milk mixture – and the cutlets will not only not fall apart, but will also be juicy.
The second is soda. It should be added sparingly – only half a teaspoon per 1 kg of minced meat.
The third is ordinary lard or butter. If you take lard, it should be ground together with meat. And if it is butter, then it should be cut into small pieces (2×1 cm) and frozen. And when making cutlets, put them in the middle of each.
