Three mistakes made when making soup are named

What mistakes should you avoid to make a truly rich soup from water, meat, and vegetables?

Details

The first mistake that spoils the taste of soup is not enough water in the pot. Even if you plan to cook a thick soup, the liquid should be sufficient.

In the process of cooking soup, the water evaporates, so it is better to boil a whole pot of water at once than to pour boiling water into the pot later and spoil the dish.

Another common mistake housewives make is putting vegetables in the wrong order.

It turns out that you need to put vegetables in the pot in a certain sequence, because different vegetables need different times to reach readiness.

For example, onions and carrots can be put in the pot at the same time – they cook for 10-12 minutes, potatoes can be put in the pot 10-15 minutes before the soup is ready, but peas or beans should be put in the pot immediately.

The third mistake affects the thickness and richness of the soup.

To make the soup thicker, you do not need to add more cereals and potatoes, you need to add a spoonful of flour, beaten eggs or a spoonful of semolina. This will give the soup richness and thickness.

The soup should be salted in the middle or at the end of cooking, spices are also added 5-7 minutes before readiness. Fresh herbs are thrown into the soup before serving.
