To make the chicken juicy, you only need to do a couple of things.

We all love to eat delicious food, especially fried chicken. But it doesn't always turn out juicy. Especially the breast, which most often turns out dry. Let's cook a juicy and aromatic chicken that the whole family will be delighted with.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs 1 kg
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Bitter pepper 1 pc
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika 1 h.

Preparation method:

First of all, you need to remove all the bones from the thighs. Then you need to marinate the meat. Put the meat on a plate, add salt, black pepper and paprika to it. You can also add spices to your taste. Gradually distribute the seasonings throughout the meat and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic and fry in a small amount of oil over low heat for 2 minutes.

Then increase the heat to maximum and put the meat in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Wash the peppers and tomatoes. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut into small cubes or strips.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pressure cooker and mix. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat.

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.

The juicy chicken is ready.
