Tomato and bean salad with spicy dressing in a few minutes

  • 1 bean jar (canned or pre -boiled)
  • 1 pc. Onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 pc. Lemon
  • 4 branches of dill
  • 4 branches of parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • To taste ground pepper (black)
  • to taste salt
  • Preparation:

    1. Such a salad can be served on a festive table. To keep it stood for a long time and the tomatoes do not secrete a lot of juice, cut the tomatoes along two parts. Teaspoon remove the seeds and shake the halves to remove the juice as much as possible.

    2. Cut the prepared tomatoes into medium pieces and put in a bowl.

    3. The bean jar is opened before cooking, sent to a colander, washed and let stand for a few minutes. Add the beans to the tomatoes.

    4. Onions can be taken common white or red. Cut it thinly in half rings and send it to a bowl.

    5. In a small bowl, squeeze through the press of the garlic cloves, squeeze the juice from the lemon (about 1 tbsp.), Pour oil and pepper. Mix well and incredibly aromatic dressing is ready. It will give a great taste of salad.

    6. Pour the dressing into a bowl with vegetables and beans.

    7. Complement all chopped herbs. Instead of fresh greens, you can add dried herbs (oregano, tarragon, thyme or rosemary), also delicious.

    8. All salt and mix.

    9. The finished salad is immediately transferred to a salad bowl and served. Besides the fact that the salad is delicious and fragrant, it is also very good.
