For a three-liter jar, you need to take: 1 bell pepper, 1 small pod of bitter pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 5 currant and cherry leaves each, 10 peas of black pepper, parsley, dill, horseradish leaf, 1 tbsp. l. salt and sugar and the most important ingredient – a bunch of grapes.

In a sterilized jar you need to put prepared tomatoes, preferably small ones, and the whole set of spices. Pour boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then drain the water, boil again and pour the tomatoes again. Screw on the lids, turn the jars over, wrap them and leave to cool. Let him taste it!
